Key Responsibilities

The Business Developer will play a key role in supporting the company’s strategic growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and strengthening client relationships. The successful candidate will:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify potential markets, clients, and partnerships while expanding the customer base.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support informed decision-making.
  • Prepare high-quality proposals, bids, and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements in compliance with company policies.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities and achievements.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (a Master’s degree will be an added advantage).
  • Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet growth targets and secure new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • High level of professionalism, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
  • Strong IT literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Remuneration

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Office Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our organization. The successful candidate will assist in routine administrative and operational tasks to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow. This position requires a proactive individual with a willingness to learn and contribute to the achievement of departmental and company goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Report issues or concerns to the supervisor promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Complete assigned tasks on time with attention to detail and quality.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
