Key Responsibilities
The Business Developer will play a key role in supporting the company’s strategic growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and strengthening client relationships. The successful candidate will:
- Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Identify potential markets, clients, and partnerships while expanding the customer base.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support informed decision-making.
- Prepare high-quality proposals, bids, and presentations for prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements in compliance with company policies.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities and achievements.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (a Master’s degree will be an added advantage).
- Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Demonstrated ability to meet growth targets and secure new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- High level of professionalism, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
- Strong IT literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
